I, Danielle J., am beyond grateful, appreciative, and thankful for the legal representation Attorney Day (Col.) provided during my legal matters. I am equally thankful for his paralegal, Mrs. Evelyn. From the very beginning to the end of my case, Attorney Day was understanding, nonjudgmental, empathetic, honest, professional, kind, and mindful of everything I was going through.

Whenever I contacted his law office–whether by phone or email–with questions, concerns, or uncertainties, I always received prompt, direct, and informative responses. There was never any beating around the bush, which helped put me at ease both emotionally and mentally, especially after everything I went through in 2025, which was an extremely rough year for me.

At no point did I feel doubtful or unsure of Attorney Day’s ability to represent me properly and professionally. Although these were my cases and the outcomes would ultimately affect only me, I also took responsibility by doing my own research–reviewing cases similar to mine and possible outcomes. As people, we sometimes assume that because we pay for a service, we have no obligation to contribute to the process. I’ll admit I once believed that too, but I learned that is not the case.

Attorneys are human beings–not God, who is the ultimate judge–and they often manage many clients at once. That is why I encourage anyone facing legal matters to reach out when you have questions, concerns, or suggestions that may help clarify your situation. Whether by phone, email, text, or all three, if necessary. I am confident that Attorney Day and his law office will provide honest and clear answers. Those answers may not always be what you want to hear, but they will give you peace of mind and confidence that Attorney Day will go above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome–which I know firsthand because he did exactly that for me.

I also learned the importance of patience. Depending on the nature of your charge, the process may take longer than expected, but in many cases, that extra time can actually work in your favor. Attorney Day and his team were extremely thorough, and it is important to remember that carefully evaluating all aspects of a case takes time. Depending on the complexity and severity of the matter, along with the time involved, costs may vary–and that investment is worthwhile.

If I ever find myself in need of legal representation again (and I sincerely hope I don’t), I would without hesitation choose the Law Offices of Attorney Day.
