Thaddeus V. Day
Attorney Day graduated from Brunswick High School, Clarkson University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution, Pennsylvania State University with a Master of Management/Business Administration, and the Maine School of Law with a Juris Doctor. He has been practicing law as a member of the Maine Bar since May 15, 1997, then he worked at the State of Maine, Bureau of Financial Institutions, Securities Division, and Bureau of Insurance, Property and Casualty Division.
In 2002 Attorney Day opened his own practice. Now, the Law Offices of Thaddeus V. Day, PLLC is located at 440 Walnut Hill Road, North Yarmouth, Maine. Thaddeus practices in the area of Taxation, Probate, and Estate Planning, including work on issues of Guardianship, Conservatorship, Trusts, Wills, Power of Attorneys, United States and State income, gift, and estate taxes, and end of life planning. Attorney Day has litigated issues related to his work in Maine State Courts, United States District Court, and United States Tax Court. He serves as a conservator, personal representative, and advocate for estates. He also provides services in the following areas: Probate Administration, Parental Rights, Divorce, Child Custody, corporate and contract formation, real estate, personal injury, and criminal defense. As a member of the Maine State Bar Association, Attorney Day is a member of the following sections:

Matthew Fortin
J.D, Attorney
A native of the County, Matthew was raised in Presque Isle and graduated from high school there. He earned a BS in Elementary Education from the University of Maine in 2006. After college, Matthew taught elementary school in Westbrook for thirteen years before making the decision to pursue a legal education.
After his first year of law school, Matthew interned with Attorney Day for nine months. After graduation, Matthew worked with the firm as a paralegal and now works as an Associate Attorney.
Matthew lives in Yarmouth with his wife and two children and is a proud member of the Passamaquoddy Tribe. He enjoys getting onto a golf course whenever he has a chance.
Erin Beinema
Billing/AR
Erin is from Falmouth, Maine and graduated with a BS Degree from the University of Maine at Orono. She moved to Tampa, FL after graduation where she most recently worked for Levin Financial Group MassMutual & Jensen Anderson Wealth Management, LLC (MML Investors Services). Erin moved back to Falmouth in 2018 to help take care of her parents.
In 2020 she started working part-time at the firm as a Billing & AR Clerk.
Wayne John
Conservatorships and Trust Coordinator
Wayne attended and graduated high school at Trinity College in Trinidad then St Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Human Resources. Prior to joining the firm, Wayne has worked in Hospitality and Healthcare as a Financial Analyst.
He joined the firm in 2018 and works on tax and financial client matters.
Robin Googins
Administrative Assistant
Robin was raised in Cumberland, a graduate of Greely High School, and made her home in Gray with husband, Steve where they raised their three children. Robin joins our law firm bringing 21 years of office administrative experience, after leaving her position held with an engineering firm for over two decades. Prior to this, she owned and operated a state licensed daycare for 5 years; was employed as a unit controller for BC/BS for nearly 12 years, where she managed group accounts; responsible for monthly invoicing, reconciliation, and maintenance of membership files. In her free time, Robin enjoys camping, kayaking, adventuring out West, and spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
