Thaddeus V. Day

Thaddeus V. Day is a North Yarmouth, Maine attorney whose practice is primarily focused on estate planning. He helps individuals and families with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, guardianship, and related planning matters. Attorney Day earned his undergraduate degree from Clarkson University, a management degree from Pennsylvania State University, and his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law. He was admitted to the Maine Bar in 1997 and founded the Law Offices of Thaddeus V. Day, PLLC, in 2002. Before entering private practice, he worked with several Maine state agencies and has remained active in community and public service throughout his career.
